Principal Message

Blanche Sprentz Elementary School serves Preschool, Transitional Kindergarten, and Kindergarten through 5th grade students. We are the home of the bears, or los osos. My name is Jenna Schuette (Shoo-dee), and I am honored to serve my fourth year as principal, as well as be a part of the amazing Blanche Sprentz community. 

 

I have served the Folsom Cordova District for 28 years and I have been a classroom teacher, academic support coach, and administrator at the elementary, middle school, and district levels. I most recently served as the interim principal at Carl Sundahl Elementary in 2018, assistant principal at Mills Middle School from 2018-2021, and principal of the Summer Learning Institute for both Mills and Mitchell students during the summer of 2021. 

 

I am deeply committed to supporting a safe, nurturing learning environment here at Blanche Sprentz. I have a strong background in safety, social emotional learning, restorative practices, curriculum and instruction, technology, and leadership.

 

We have some new faces that have joined the Blanche Sprentz family and we are all excited to see our students back in school on Thursday, August 8th.
